[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!

Dear Erzmutter: Welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user talk (discussion) page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. A third option is to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator.

One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD!

[edit] Thanks for the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence info!

[edit] Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence deletions

Hi, I'm sorry but just because there are inter-country conflicts doesn't change that they are still considered SPI. This goes to not what is true but what is verfiable by wikipedia standards which, I know, can seem wrong. Unless they are disavowed by the International SPI and forced to reorganize under a new name it should stay. If they have been expunged then a verifiable reference to WP standards needs to be supplied. And then, frankly, they would still be included as a footnote if nothing else. [edit] Revealing personal information

Hi, I notice on your user page you put info asserting you're interests and activities. Although wikipedia actually does encourage this you should know that unfortunately there are some who might use information against you personally and , sadly, there have even been cases of cyberstalking and death threats as well as harassment of employers. I don't want to discourage you from expressing yourself - I do however want to encourage you to be aware that there are risks of doing so in this forum. Sorry to sound dire but I felt you would be better hearing that info than not. Benjiboi 20:56, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
