Erwin Mulder (born March 3, 1989 in Pannerden) is a Dutch football goalkeeper currently playing for Feyenoord Rotterdam.
Mulder joined Feyenoord's youth squad in 2004 and is seen as a hot prospect for the future. In November 2006 manager Erwin Koeman called him up for the first team as back-up goalkeepers Patrick Lodewijks and Sherif Ekramy were facing injuries. He did not yet make his professional debut, but was Henk Timmer's first stand-in for more than ten matches during the season. During the confrontations with FC Utrecht and Vitesse Timmer faced some difficulties and Mulder was told to start his warming-up. Timmer was however able to play further.
In January 2007 Mulder joined the first team in their trip to Belek in Turkey, where they prepared for the second half of the season. In the final of the EFES Pilsen Cup where Feyenoord faced SV Werder Bremen Timmer was again about to be substituted with an injury, but he was able to continue yet again.
On June 3, 2007 Feyenoord announced that Mulder was officially promoted to Feyenoord's first team for the 2007-08 season, being their third goalkeeper behind Timmer and Ekramy. Mulder made his league debut December 2 2007 in a home game against Heracles Almelo. Because of injuries to goalkeepers Henk Timmer and Sherif Ekramy Mulder got to start in goal for the first time.
