Erwin Grasinger
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Erwin Grasinger (born in 1980) was an Austrian cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman who represented Austria between 1997 and 2002.
Having first represented his country at the 1997 European Nations Cup, his middle-order batting and steady bowling aided Austria to fifth place at the 1999 ECC Trophy. He also played at the ECC Trophy tournament of 2001, and in Division One of the 2002 European Championship before hanging up his bat at the end of the 2002 season.
Having started his career as a lower-order batsman, Grasinger fluctuated between lower and upper-order batting until 2001, when he established himself as a firm middle-order player when not pressured by competition from more aggressive team-mates.
