Ervin Bruce McSweeney (born 8 March 1957 in Wellington) is a New Zealand cricketer. He played 16 One Day Internationals in the 1980s in Richard Hadlee's team but he never played in a Test match.

McSweeney played 121 first-class matches between 1979/80 and 1993/94 for Central Districts and Wellington as a wicketkeeper-batsman. His top score was 205*, he took 340 catches and 45 stumpings.

He later became Chief Executive of Cricket Wellington, and announced his resignation from that position on 31 August 2007.
