Eruvadi is a panchayat town in Tirunelveli district in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

As of 2001 India census[1], Eruvadi had a population of 14,715. Males constitute 46% of the population and females 54%. Eruvadi has an average literacy rate of 79%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82%, and female literacy is 76%. In Eruvadi, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
The Nambi river with its origin from Nambi malai flows through the beautiful town of Eruvadi. The majority of the Islamic Population in Eruvadi is concentrated over the Nine main streets and an area named PudhuManai (also known as Mohideen Nagar) and also two streets on the other side of the river named Akkarai streets.
It is roughly 25km from Tirunelveli Town. Nearest railway station is at Valliyur which is at a distance of 5 km from Eruvadi.
Its a peaceful, serene scenic town.
