Erol Iba (born in Jayapura, Papua, 6 August 1979) is an Indonesian footballer, he normally plays as a defender or can be a midfielder and his height is 170 cm. He is playing for the Indonesia national football team. First International debut in senior national team squad at Merdeka Games 2006 for Indonesia against Malaysia in 23 August 2006 and Indonesia draw 1-1 in this game. At Asian Cup 2007 he just played one time as a substitution player when Indonesia lost 0-1 to South Korea at last game in group D.

- Runner Up Merdeka Games 2006 after being beaten 1-2 by Myanmar
