Hey, I see you're having problems with images and related stuff. Look, wikipedia is a free encyclopedia. You can contribute anything you want as long as it complies with pre-established guidelines.

When submitting images, use the proper tags. If you created the image, then use one of the user created tags. If it belongs to another entity, such as the Municipality of Aguadilla, try an obtain permission from the entity to publish it on Wikipedia, or use any of the Fair-use tags. See WP:TAG for more info.
