Had a bit of trouble providing appropriate context for the sentence:
Le peu de succès de son entreprise, sa mise en cause dans les évènements du 6 février 1934, qu’il décrivit comme la victoire de l’« esprit du front » [1], l’échec du gouvernement d’union nationale de Gaston Doumergue (novembre 1934)) dont il attentait beaucoup, furent certainement des éléments qui le conduisirent à dissoudre, en 1935, le Redressement français.
What exactly does that mean, "le gouvernment de Doumergue ... dont il attentait beaucoup"?? MOXFYRE (contrib) 20:19, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
