Ernest Sheepshanks

Ernest Richard Sheepshanks was a first class cricketer who played one match for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1929. A right-handed batsman, he scored 26 in his only innings against [[Cambridge University. After following on, Cambridge scored 425 for 7 and the match was drawn.

He was born on March 22, 1910 at Arthington Hall, Yorkshire and died on December 31, 1937 at Caudiel, Tervel, Spain, aged 27.
