Ernest Dubac (February 15, 1914 – February 27, 1985) was a Croatian footballer who played international football for the both the Croatian and Royal Yugoslavian national teams.
Born in Osijek, Dubac started his career with Hajduk Osijek before moving to Slavija Osijek. From 1937 he played with BSK Beograd until he moved to HŠK Građanski in the Croatian First League in 1941. He was champion of Nazi-allied Croatia with Građanski in 1943, with whom he finished his career.
Internationally he played 14 games for the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and all 15 games which the independent Croatian national team played during the Second World War. He died in Osijek in 1985.
