[edit] Lecca

Why, yes, I do have clarifying comments about this. If you reread the deletion reason, you'll see that I didn't say the topic was insignificant. I said that the article "does not assert significance". These are very different things. The version I deleted did not indicate how the subject met the notability requirement, although I just looked at the deleted version and it was perhaps borderline. You are more than welcome to recreate the article, since it was not deleted by AfD, and it will not be redeleted if you elaborate why the subject is notable. This doesn't have to be anythings as blunt as "Lecca is notable because blah blah blah" - it can be a listing of hit singles, references that indicate that the subject has been the subject of multiple other works, or similar. No problem. Reading "does not assert significance" as "is insignificant" is an incredibly common occurrence. Good luck with the new article. Natalie (talk) 21:36, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
