[edit] Your recent edits
Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 02:51, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: List of Energy Drinks - agressively editting
Please read WP:ADVERT and WP:COI. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 02:52, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
- It's not enough for a product to be on the market. Millions of products, including various drinks, are marketed across the world and Wikipedia is not a consumer directory. An article on a product, any product, has to assert its notability. If there is a substantial coverage of this product in several reliable sources, there might be a basis for creating an article. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 03:13, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
- Thousands of articles are deleted on a daily basis, I did not mean to censure you or insult you with my actions. I did, however, mean to inform you of several important Wikipedia policies. If you do not find them agreeable, there is not much that I can do. Your contributions and help with the project are appreciated and welcome, if you inform me of your interests I might be able to suggest a couple of starting points for future editing. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 03:43, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply!
Adding a brand new energy drink to Wikipedia is indeed problematic. First you need to find substantial and verifiable information about the drink and only then you should add it to Wikipedia. Wikipedia cannot be the first place where information is written.
Notability can also be a problem. If everything you can say about a drink is that it was released to stores, then it's hard to establish notability. If there is substantial and non-obvious press coverage then it may be considered for inclusion.
We appreciate your good will, but there are a few basic rules which you should follow. Please read Wikipedia:No original research - it is long, but important. --Amir E. Aharoni 08:22, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
