I'm currently a college student, who has been using this site for research since I found it a few years ago. I am studying Communications with specialization in Journalism and Public Relations. I have knowledge about the news media, reporting, and the history of mass communication. Also, I have a great deal of knowledge about chronic pain and its treatment, narcotic pain medications, other medications used to treat chronic pain and related physical and emotional issues, spinal surgery, the function of the spine and its nerves, herniated discs, the vertebrea and problems related to a vertebral deformity, and the health care and insurance industries in the United States. I possess a great deal of knowledge about New Jersey, specifically central New Jersey and the "Jersey Shore," colleges and universities in New Jersey, and information on the East Coast of the U.S. Also, I have some knowledge about Ice Hockey overall and the National Hockey League, especially the New Jersey Devils franchise, and the rules of the game at the professional, college, high school, and public league levels. I think that I have some skills with internet research to help find sources and other information on most topics, so if you want some help, feel free to contact me.

I'm interested in helping to make this site the best it can be. So I have joined the WikiProject Countering systemic bias/members to help make sure the information the public uses from this site is genuine and unbiased so that the information can be trusted without a doubt as to the motivations from the person who posted it. I'm excited to be a part of a new, developing type of user-participation informative source, another new idea that has developed out of the internet that gives everyone a say in what the truth of a subject is.
