Born and raised in North Carolina, Erica now resides in New York City. Erica started her career with Bob and The Showgram formerly known as "Bob and Madison". Directly after graduating in 2004 from Peace College, Erica moved to Manhattan working with Premiere Radio Networks.

Erica later joined legandary radio hosts at CBS, JV and Elvis WFNY, The Doghouse.
