The defense attorney pointed out that the Einsatzgruppen reports used against his client contained known falsifications - ie the Katyn forest massacre. The reports were excepted as self-incriminating even with the known forgeries. 159.105.80.141 19:22, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

His defense attorney pointed out known falsifications in the reports used to incriminate him? Please point out specific examples. If you are implying that he wasn't involved in what he was convicted of, what about his own testimony admitting his involvement? As to the reports regarding the Katyn Forest Massacre, not so sure they were "accepted", as the defendants' counsel questioned their authenticity and no defendants were charged with that crime nor convicted of it. 165.189.169.190 (talk) 12:50, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
