[edit] recess appointment

Shouldn't Edelman's recess appointment have expired by now? It was 2 years ago and there's certainly been a full session of the Senate since. I thought that was the standard for recess appointments. — Red XIV ^(talk) 04:00, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

"Bush's appointment puts Edelman in the job until January 2007, when a new Congress convenes."[1]  ∴ Therefore  talk   04:17, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
