Talk:Eric Pete
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It asserts that he's authored books, and they seem to be real books. So I don't think this is a valid speedy.
A quick Amazon search on books for "Eric Pete" in quotes turns up "Don't Get It Twisted" and "Gets No Love." Publisher of "Don't Get It Twisted" is NAL, a "real" publisher by any criterion. Amazon sales rank of "Don't Get It Twisted" is 106,565 in Books. My personal criterion is that a rank higher than 200,000 is arguably notable. Vanity-press and self-published books typically get sales ranks around 1,000,000.
By all means put it on AfD if you want to, but I don't see this as a speedy by any means. Dpbsmith (talk) 01:53, 30 October 2005 (UTC)
