Is there a reason for the ISBN 0575051914 to be listed as both the non-illustrated hard-cover and as a paperback version? – Quoth 01:07, 21 November 2005 (UTC)

The changing of Hell to being like a Hotel is a parody of Huis Clos by Jean-Paul Sartre. Could anybody properly cite this?
