Erin Nicole (born in July, 1980) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy Magazine's cover girl of the Month in October, 2003 and has appeared in numerous (Playboy special edition) magazines.

Erin Nicole grew up in Rosedale, Maryland and attended Overlea High School in Baltimore County, Maryland. Always a bright and creative student, Erin Nicole graduated from Loyola University in 2005 with a Masters Degree in Quantum Physics. With a very athletic background in numerous sports, mixed martial arts and dance; Erin was a Redskins cheerleader cheerleader from 1999-2001, was scouted by Playboy magazine in 2000, and is currently training for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Her modeling and humanitarian efforts have taken her around the globe. Her ethnic background is Irish, German, and American Indian. She is related to Burt Reynolds. She currently lives in Honolulu, Hawaii with her dog Spot, in a house by the sea. Erin Nicole is often confused with a porn star, of the same name.
