Erin Karpluk

Erin Karpluk is a Canadian television actress. She is best known for her leading role in of Godiva's (2005 and 2006), a drama set in a fashionable Vancouver restaurant. She played the manager.
Born in Jasper, Alberta[1], Erin Karpluk began her acting career in Vancouver. Between 2000 and 2005, she appeared in more than a dozen television series and TV movies before landing the role of Kate in Godiva's. Television work included "Voice of Sylan" in the final episode of Dark Angel and the TV movie Family Sins. She was in Legend of Earthsea (2004) and she played a serial killer in Ripper II (also 2004).[2] Erin Karpluk earned a Leo nomination for her first season of Godiva's and a 2006 Gemini nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role.[3]
Since Godiva's, Karpluk has continued to work in television and short films. In 2007 she appeared in The Bionic Woman, Flash Gordon, and The L Word. She has a leading role in a new television movie slated for release in 2008, Smokejumpers, directed by John Terlesky. She will appear in a new television series on CBC in January 2009 called The Session.[4]
