Erik Anders Pears (born June 25, 1982 in Price, Utah) is an American football offensive tackle for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Colorado State.

Pears attended John Fitzgerald Kennedy High School in Denver, Colorado and was a letterman in football, wrestling, and track&field. In football, he was a two-time All-State selection. In wrestling, he was a three time League titlist.
