Erik Jendrišek (born October 26, 1986 in Trstená) is a Slovak soccer player who plays for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in Germany.
In the season 2002/2003 Jendrišek was the best junior in Slovakia, he scored 30 times in 56 games for MFK Ružomberok. In 2006 he won the double - Slovak soccer championship and the Slovakian Cup, With his 21 goals in the season 2005/2006 he was the top goalscorer in Slovakia, alongside with Róbert Rák.
He is also a member of the U21-Slovakia national football team.
