Erigeron breweri is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family known by the common name Brewer's fleabane. It is native to the western US states of California, Oregon, and Nevada, where it grows in many varied habitats, from mountains to grassland to desert. There are many varieties. In general this is a perennial daisy reaching anywhere from 10 to 70 centimeters in height with evenly spaced small leaves along its hairy stems. The flower heads are about a centimeter wide with centers of golden yellow or greenish disc florets and most heads have a fringe of purple ray florets.
