[edit] Career Highlights
Erica is credited with featured roles in several popular and critically-acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. She also appeared in major cinematic movie releases including Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn, and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. She is a regular on the TV show Eureka, since it began airing in 2006.
[edit] Vampire-related Roles
In three separate roles, Erica played a vampire or a vampire-related character. In season 3 of The L Word Erica was a lesbian and academically-minded vampirologist but the characterization left it unclear whether she truly was a vampire. In Blade:Trinity she was a vampire wannabe, with aspirations of becoming one. In an episode of Smallville she was featured in a trio of ranking members of a vampire sorority servicing the chapter president, whom herself was a vampiress. In sharp contrast to typical vampire portrayals, Erica's character was a pretty girl-next-door-type dressing in preppy shades of pastels, but with large fangs. She helped vampirize sorority pledges and feed on the local pizza delivery boy.
