Eric Lamone Yarber (born September 22, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois) is an assistant football coach with the Arizona State Sun Devils, under head coach Dennis Erickson.

Eric Yarber played two seasons in the National Football League as a wide receiver for the Washington Redskins from 1986-87. The Redskins won the Super Bowl following the 1987 season.

He played college football for Erickson at the University of Idaho, where he was the Big Sky Conference MVP during his senior season in 1985. Yarber played junior college football at Los Angeles Valley College and graduated from Crenshaw High School.

He received his bachelor's degree from Idaho in 1995, and began his coaching career in 1996 as a secondary coach for the Vandals.
