Eric Saul (born May 26, 1954) is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from France. His best year was in 1982 when he won the Austrian Grand Prix and finished in fourth place in the 350cc world championship. Saul won two Grand Prix races during his career.
After his racing career ended, Saul created the International Classic Grand Prix organisation promoting meetings of classic Grand Prix bikes and racers from the 1970s and 1980s.
