Eric Breindel Award for Excellence in Opinion Journalism

The Eric Breindel Award for Excellence in Opinion Journalism is an annual award, initially of $10000, made from an endowment from the News Corporation. It was instituted in 1999, and is bestowed by the Eric Breindel Memorial Foundation. It commemorates Eric Breindel, who worked on the editorials of the New York Post. So far its recipients have been English language conservative commentators.
