Eric Allen Kramer (March 26, 1961) is American television actor best known for his role as Dave Rogers on The Hughleys, then he appeared in popular sitcoms during the late 1980s to the present.
In 1987, Kramer made his first acting debut in The Gunfighters, and a year later, appeared in a television version of The Incredible Hulk, during that same year, Kramer appeared on Murder, She Wrote, then appeared on popular television programs such as: Roseanne, Growing Pains, Cheers, Empty Nest, and starred in the short-lived television programs Doctor, Doctor and Down Home. Kramer also did a cameo in Seinfeld as the biker in the episode "The Keys".
