The seated view of Keyes is a rare view made by Mathew Brady in the three-day period that Keyes was a colonel. I expanded the caption accordingly.207.69.137.42 18:43, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Origin of Name

It can't be a coincidence that Keyes seems to have been named for Charles Darwin's grandfather, the botanist-poet Erasmus Darwin. What's up with that? Was he related to the family somehow? Jonathan Badger
