[edit] Powers and Abilities

I came to this article looking for an idea of what the Eradicator's Powers and Abilities are. That would make a great new section to this article. -- CrimsonLine 12:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

Ditto, I was expecting to see a section for that. I would love to know more about the Eradicator. Bhold1 07:39, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Encyclopedic Past Tense

Much of this article is written in the present tense; it should be rewritten to use the past tense, to better fit an encyclopedic style. -- CrimsonLine 12:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

....

Done! It still needs some editing as the story seems very disjointed at the moment. Sadly my knowledge of Superman history is inadequate. -- Fogbat 22 August, 2006.

Not that I think it matters either way, but I believe the Wikipedia guidelines recommend using the present tense for articles describing fictional events. Daibhid C 23:02, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
It does matter, and present tense is considered the appropriate tense to use in this type of article. Rray 14:48, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Kryptonian Genetic Link to Krypton

The bit about Kryptonians dying if they leave their planet can't be right, How can Superman live on Earth if its true. 209.198.164.98 08:47, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

He was the exception. In fact I think Jor-El deliberately altered his genetic structure, so he could escape. That's why, despite their advanced technology, no-one was offplanet when it happened, and there weren't any other rocketships available. Of course, everything's been retconned mutltiple times since then, and now we have a new Kara Zor-El, Kryptonian villaians etc., all of whom left Krypton without any trouble. Daibhid C

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Eradicator1.jpg

Image:Eradicator1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:16, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
