Equestrian property is a niche in the real estate market devoted to serving the interests of horse riders. Equestrian properties tend to be near horse riding stables or near to good locations for horse riding. The benefits they offer to owners are proximity to:
- neighbors with equestrian interests
- equestrian facilities (tack shops, vets, farriers etc.)
- equestrian trails and tracks
Many trophy ranches and ranch preservation properties are built with shared, high-end equestrian facilities and full-time equestrian staff.
