Equestrian at the Pan American Games

The Pan American Games are similar to the Olympics, consisting of teams from nations across the Americas. Held every four years, the equestrian sports have been hosted since the first Games, which took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1951.

Note: The Pan American Games for Eventing have been held separate from the rest of the competition in several years. In 1991, they were held in Chatworth, GA, instead of Havana. In 2003, they were held in Fair Hill, Maryland, instead of Santo Domingo.
