The Equalizer is a game-hacking, cheat cartridge by Datel that was released for the Nintendo 64. The Equalizer is a second generation version of the Pro Action Replay for the Nintendo 64, with a new name and new features. Its features were later licensed to InterAct for their GameShark Pro, which was also released for the N64.

It is also compatible with the Action Replay, and has a Replay built into it. When using both, the Equalizer is placed on the bottom, with the Action Replay above it. The player can use codes from both without having to switch between devices. It is not compatible with the GameShark Pro.
