Talk:Epson ink cartridge controversy

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I think the article is very anti-EPSON biased. The information about the ink yields being hard to find is absolutely incorrect. Using the provided link (now removed the false information) http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/consumer/consDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Specs&oid=63069504&category=Products click "Click for information regarding cartridge yields" and the information is clearly spelled out there:

"Epson Stylus Photo R280, RX595 Cartridge Yields

Black - T078120: About 330 pages Color - T078220, T078320, T078420, T078520, T078620: About 525 pages, average of all colors Black - T077120 (High-Capacity): About 540 pages Color - T077220, T077320, T077420, T077520, T077620 (High-Capacity): About 860 pages, average of all colors"

They also claim they use the ISO method for determining their numbers and provide further details regarding the ISO method.
