Epsilon 15

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Epsilon 15 is a bacteriophage virus that attacks the salmonella bacterium ("bacteriophage" means bacteria eater). The virus, as well as other bacteriophages, are not harmful to humans. Researchers at many locations around the world are looking into the possibility of using phages such as Epsilon 15 to combat bacteria.
