In early 2008, Epiphany got a call from her son and during the call Stan was in a car accident set up by Jerry Jacks and died. Later she was sent Stan's things. She gave them to Jason Morgan and Spinelli to look at. She hasn't even looked at his belongings. Jason and Spinelli still haven't looked at his things. Cassius confronted Spinelli and told him if he didn't start looking into Stan's death, he would. Stan's ashes were delivered to Epiphany. she made nothing of it but later broke down in the locker room and suffered a heart attack. Luckily, she survived.
She knows that Jake Spencer is really Jason Morgan's son, not Lucky Spencer's.
