Epipedobates pongoensis is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
