Excellent barium swallow!! Wow! That's one for my teaching file... I have a better multiple ring image that I'll put up in a bit. The barium swallow image on the right is achalasia I'm guessing, so I'll download and trim. I wish I could take credit for it, but it's actually from some random guy on Flickr. I was looking for a new (free) image for pleural effusion, and had the thought to search Flickr for "x-ray" restricted to Creative Commons-licensed images. I didn't find any good effusions, but I did find half-a-dozen other useful films. So I uploaded them to Commons and added them to the relevant articles.
