[edit] About the "deal with Nintendo"

Let me be clear here; Nintendo has not made a game based on a licensed property in years, the only licensed games I know of that were made by Nintendo are the 1983 Popeye and a Game and Watch Mickey Mouse game. ¿A Comic-book based game? ¿A movie-inspired game? No. 99.9% of Nintendo games are their own IP (Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Star Fox, Kirby, Fire Emblem and the like).

However, there is an Iron (or Eon) Kid game, for the Korean market only for the GBA. It was obviously made by a Korean studio, and while Nintendo has offices in South Korea, they are for distribution and information only.
