Enyu Dimov-Valchev (Bulgarian: Еньо Димов-Вълчев, born January 4, 1936) is a former freestyle wrestler from Bulgaria.
He is Olympic games champion (1964 Tokyo), World champion (1962 Toledo) and two time champion of Europe.
He was born in Polski Gradec, Stara Zagora Province.
