[edit] Greetings from WikiProject Medicine!
Welcome to WikiProject Medicine!
I noticed you recently added yourself to our Participants' list, and I wanted to welcome you to our project. Our goal is to facilitate collaboration on medicine-related articles, and everyone is welcome to join (regardless of medical qualifications!). Here are some suggested activities:
- Read our Manual of Style for medical articles
- Join in editing our collaboration of the week (the current one is Physiotherapy)
- Discuss with other members in the doctor's mess
- Have a look at some related WikiProjects
- Have a look at the collaboration dashboard
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the project talk page, or feel free to ask me on my talk page.
Again, welcome! JFW | T@lk 13:07, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome onboard!
Hello Enviropearson. Welcome to Wikipedia! This is a website where everyone is welcomed to pitch in their own knowledge to just about anything in the world's most up-to-date encyclopedia.
The quick links to Wikipedia are on the left side of every page. Here're some links that you should take time reading them (don't worry, they're short and very easy to understand)
If you need help, simply go to Wikipedia:Questions or ask on my talk page. Last thing, don't forget to sign your name when you do edits on a talk page. Signing a page is as easy as typing four tildes (~~~~). I hope that your experience in Wikipedia will be a memorable one.
Also, thanks for joining WikiProject Environment. Wikipedia needs more environmentalists (I'm also one, see my userpage for details). And as a little reminder, if you created images such as Image:Pyrrhura molinae range.jpg and Image:Yellowsided GreenCheek named roo.jpg, consider uploading them directly to Commons. This allows other projects, such as WikiSpecies or other languages' Wikipedia to use the same images without the need to upload the same image into separate Wikipedias.
If you need help in the future, don't hesitate to ask me. I'm an administrator here and I can offer tutorials so that others can enjoy their time while editing on Wikipedia. OhanaUnitedTalk page 16:46, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
