This user is banned from Wikipedia for one year, starting July 2, 2005, by order of the Arbitration Committee. See Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/KaintheScion et al..
This user has attempted to edit several times since the ban was placed; per Wikipedia:Banning policy, this resets the ban.

Accounts and IP addresses: many, see Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Enviroknot and Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of KaintheScion. IP addresses used are usually in the 129.7.0.0/16 range (which is owned by the University of Houston) or else are open proxies. As of May 2006 is also using Road Runner IP addresses out of Houston (and the trail of edits shows this has been going on for some time).
