Enver Idrizi is a former Croatian karate fighter. He is an ethnic Albanian, born in Skopje, Macedonia. He was the champion of Yugoslavia at the age of 16. The first medal he won for Croatia was on the day when Croatia was officially recognized as an independent country. Mostly because of him, karate has been a popular trophy sport in Croatia since its independence.
He played a role in the 1996 movie Ne zaboravi me("Don't gorget me") , directed by Jakov Sedlar. After 2000 he was accused of training the members of KLA in Kosovo. That made him reject fighting in Serbia for some time.
