[edit] Boycott Medellin!
'Pablo' looks ridiculous. The movie sucks. Eric has never been wrong.
Script changes during production? Gigli is a classical example.
'I never make movies to please anybody.' Finally Billy went over the top.
Lets see how it does at Cannes first... --Wootonius 17:43, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
So Wootonius, what are you saying now? 22:41, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Maybe Billy's next movie should be a hardcore comedy with Johnny Drama as Adolf Hitler...
[edit] Character photos
I like the photos up there, but may I suggest changing Turtle's pic to him in the rabbit furry outfit from ep. 4.07 "Day of the Fuckers". That's some good, random image comedy right there.
[edit] Mrs. Ari's main character status
Is she officially a main character? It makes no sense for her to be a main character, she's in a minority of episodes. If it's not official she should be moved to supporting character. Leopold Stotch (talk) 06:10, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
YES Mrs. Ari is a full character as of season 4 episode 1, she became a full character. The credits determine the full character status. Before she was just a guest star/recurring. For instance, the actress who plays shawna used to be a full character between season 2 and 3. But was drop back to recurring and she didn't appear in all the episode to. Full character status as to do with HBO deciding who is in the credits. Tj21 (talk) 18:07, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] International Broadcasts
In this paragraph it states that the show first began airing in Denmark on TV2 Zulu. This is incorrect, it was first shown on TV3+, although I do not know the exact date it should be edited. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.61.224.88 (talk) 16:04, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Principals
The individual character articles have become magnets for excessive in-universe detail, whereas per our guideline at WP:FICT the emphasis needs to be the real-world significance of the subject. I propose merging these back to the main article, which will provide an overdue cull of this unencyclopedic content and continue to encourage sourced and concise content that does not fall back into the kind of in-universe coverage that we discourage. Eusebeus (talk) 15:53, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
- Your link to WP:FICT does not appear to mention anything about real world significance. The articles on main characters are acceptable spin-offs from this page. Catchpole (talk) 08:22, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
I see it there fromWP:NOT#PLOT, viz:
Wikipedia articles on published works (such as fictional stories) should cover their real-world context and sourced analysis, offering detail on a work's development, impact or historical significance, not solely a detailed summary of that work's plot. This applies both to stand-alone works, and also to series. A brief plot summary may sometimes be appropriate as an aspect of a larger topic.
WP:FICT then offers some useful amplification of this position but, as Catchpole implies, WP:NOT#PLOT is not thereby deprecated and that prescription should indeed remain the main focus. Also, the spin-off question is still being debated on the FICT talk page, but so far consensus would not generally find these spin-offs acceptable as written. Eusebeus (talk) 21:00, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
