This image is used in the article SimCity 4, as a typical screenshot of what SimCity 4 looks like from an aerial perspective. The image has been composed with many other smaller images being combined and cropped to form a single, large high-resolution image. The Sears Tower (and possibly some other buildings) are not shipped with the game, and are only available from third party downloads. The color of the water in the picture is also from a third party modification, the default is a much lighter shade of blue. Some of the highway interchanges are from the NAM (Network Add-on Mod) - which can be found at Simtropolis, a SimCity fansite which offers third party modifications for download.
