The subtitle "Eine Abbrechnung von Staatsrat Dr. H. S. Ziegler" means "An account by state council H. S. Ziegler, PhD".

Jewish Composers and Jazz/Swing musicians were, for instance, accused by the Nazis to produce "degenerated music"...
