[edit] Background
Ensel and Krete is subtitled 'A Fairy Tale from Zamonia'. It is a play-off of the Grimm's Fairy Tales 'Hansel and Gretel'. The book is written by Optimus Yarnspinner, or Hildegunst of myth Metz. Its main characters are Ensel and Krete, two Fhernhachenkinders - half dwarves, which are traveling in a large forest in which much danger hides. They meet up in the forest, and band together to find their way out. Their most dangerous foe in the forest is a Forest Spider Witch. The story follows them through their epic journey and exciting battles, and is another of Moers wacky creations.
