Ensaculin

Ensaculin is the trade name of KA-672 HCl, a benzopyranone with a piperazine substituted moiety. It is derived from naturally occurring coumarins, has been shown to have enhancing effects on several neurotransmitter and receptor systems, and may act as an antidementia agent.[1]
