Enrique Santos Molano (born 1942) is a Colombian journalist and writer of several novels and biographies. He was born in Bogotá and is the son of Enrique Santos Montejo and Blanca Molano. Enrique Santos Molano is the oldest member of the Santos family (the majority owners of the news paper El Tiempo until August 2007 when 55% of the shares were sold to the media conglomerate El Grupo Planeta for $350 million). Molano grew up in Colombia and has worked at El Tiempo as a columnist and editor since his early 20's when he started as a delivery boy.

His most recent works include: 1903 Adios Panama: Colombia ante el destino manifiesto, Colombia 360, and Bogotá 360. Since December 2006 he serves as president of the PEN Club in Colombia
