Enrico Molina Alvarez is the current Mayor of Noveleta, Cavite from 2007 up to present. Alvarez started as a Municipal Engineer from 1993 up to 2003. Afterwards, he ran as a Vice Mayor in the party of Nacionalista-Magdalo with Librado "Liit" Reyes, Jr. running as Mayor. He won as a Vice Mayor from 2004 up to 2007.

As of 2004, he won as a Vice Mayor in Nacionalista-Partido Magdalo in the ticket of Librado "Liit" Reyes Jr. The mayor in 2004 was Arlynn Torres.

In his term as a Vice Mayor he want a progressive town of Noveleta. Then he files his Certificate of Candidacy for Mayor. He is now facing number of charges against him filed by one of his nemesis, at this point his systematizing certain procedures to clear his name.
